E5 Sports Medicine

E5 Sports Medicine E5 is a Sports Medical company created to provide medical coverage to youth sports events in the Midwest region. E5 Sports Medicine was born in 2020.

Our Lead Athletic Trainer, Lance Eaker, MS, ATC, has been in the Athletic Training field for nearly 20 years and in that time has worked in many different settings, in many different capacities from youth sports up through semi-pro sports. We started E5 after seeing the exponential growth of the youth sports tournaments in our area and recognized the the lacking sports medical coverage for the athletes. We decided there was a need for medical coverage for these events and decided to do something about it. We are looking to grow sports medical care to as many club sports tournaments as the organizers want and Help Athletes to "Live A GOOD Life".
