We have a special opportunity to join the Activity Team in Lighthouse, one of our memory care neighborhoods at Newbridge.

Our current Lighthouse leader is deeply loved and does incredible work—and she’s not leaving Newbridge. She’s simply transitioning into a fresh new role, helping us grow in exciting ways!

This role is about presence, patience, and connection. It’s about meeting residents where they are, celebrating small moments, and creating calm, meaningful experiences for those living with dementia.

If you are gentle, creative, observant, and find purpose in making someone feel safe, seen, and valued—this may be your calling.

Training, support, and a strong team culture are part of the package. Heart matters most.
