Hometown Care In-Home is a family-owned business serving our communities since 2015, with an office located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. We proudly provide services in Cape Girardeau, Scott, Perry, Bollinger, New Madrid, Dunklin, Stoddard, and Wayne Counties.

We offer services for Medicaid, VA clients, and private pay, and also provide nursing services. Our services include personal care, homemaker services, nurse visits, medication setup, diabetic care, nail care, respite services, assessments, and referral services.

At Hometown Care In-Home, we believe there is truly no place like home. Our goal is to assist individuals in remaining safely and comfortably in their homes while maintaining their independence and personal goals. We work directly with the Department of Health and Senior Services to develop individualized care plans for each client.
