Yoga East offers a variety of health and wellness services including: Traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Group Yoga Classes, Group Yoga Therapeutics Classes, Private Yoga Sessions, Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Workshops for students and teachers (offering CEU’s). We are the area’s premier yoga teacher training location with basic 200 hour certification and a NEW! advance 300 hour teacher training, both registered and approved through Yoga Alliance. Our new and re-vamped retail space sells one-of-a-kind and individually curated clothes, art, gifts, and Forever Candles that are a MUST see, beginning July 1st, 2018!
We intend to continue the tradition of being Cape’s only traditional community-based yoga studio. Come and enjoy a variety of classes designed for every body regardless of fitness level, try yoga therapy if you have special concerns, take a training or workshop, and shop our retail. Enjoy a cup of tea after class with other students who also prioritize holistic wellness. Enjoy or temperature-controlled flooring and spa-like environment to help ease the stress of every day life. We are proud to be downtown as well. We will be open on First Fridays starting in August, 2018 offering specials on retail, items and activities not available any other time, wine and snacks, and new student specials.
