We are already using teletherapy, and our sessions are going great! It’s easy, convenient and secure. Our clients find it easy to set up, and they appreciate that they can receive counseling safely in this difficult situation. And under the current COVID-19 situation, most insurances will pay for teletherapy just like in-person sessions.

Heartland Counseling Center is seeking an Experienced Administrative Assistant in our Cape Girardeau office! Must have experience with website browsers, word processing, spread sheets, and email. Duties include answering incoming phone calls for new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, processing clinical documentation, as well as other office duties to help operate the practice.

Full time position. Must be professional, responsible and reliable. Prior experience as a receptionist preferred.
