Right now in our community: • 2,870+ youth need mental health support annually • Crisis calls from teenagers are increasing every month • Kids are waiting for someone to believe in them

This February, we’re assembling a league of everyday heroes to change these numbers.

Mental wellness is something that is hard to accomplish with a group of people. On your own it’s impossible.

So, as these snowy days start to come in, make sure you are checking on your friends. Cold weather and short days impact us all differently and can make a persons day extra difficult.😔
