What an amazing night at the Jackson Missouri Area Chamber Of Commerce annual banquet! Congratulations to all who received awards for their excellence and community impact.

We had the honor of being the presenting sponsor for the Nonprofit of the Year, presented to the Rotary Club of Southeast Missouri Service! We also had a blast with our table decorating. Such a great evening celebrating a great community!

🎉 Another Rehab-to-Home Success Story! 🎉

Today we are celebrating a very special graduation — not just from rehab to home, but a journey made possible by dedication, compassion, and teamwork. 💙

This incredible patient’s family went above and beyond to show their gratitude by surprising our staff with a heartfelt thank-you celebration complete with decorations, banners, and donuts for everyone to enjoy. 🍩✨

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Seeing our patients regain independence and return home is the greatest reward, and being recognized by families makes it even more meaningful.

Thank you to this amazing family for your kindness, and congratulations to our patient on this exciting next chapter at home! 🏡💐

A successful rehab-to-home transition is always worth celebrating.
A recent resident shared their experience with us, saying:

“You all have a great group of employees. Rehab was great. Everyone was nice. In general, everyone was wonderful, and I had a wonderful experience. I feel well-prepared and ready to return home.”

We’re incredibly proud of our rehab team for the care, support, and preparation they provide to help residents return home safely and confidently.

We are ready to make the holidays merry and bright for our residents! 💚 Yesterday afternoon, an amazing group of staff and volunteers packed gifts for our residents to receive for Christmas. We are humbled by the donations and overall generosity from members of our community, as well as local Churches and schools. Thank you doesn't feel like enough!
