For the month of December, I will be offering group Sound Baths for relaxation and stress relief in my Sanctuary in the Hampton Street Civic Center. The first one will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, Dec.7th. The second one will be scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 11th, at 6:00 p.m. The third session will be at 11:00 a.m. Sat., Dec. 13th. Mark your calendars! Call for your spot. Only room for 6-8 spots per session. 931-209-1040. Group session fee is $25. Private sessions are available upon request with fee of $75. Take time away from the hustle and bustle of the Hollidays to relieve your stress, relax, and refresh your body and soul with vibrational therapy. Happy Hollidays to all!

Hi all! A few yoga announcements as we move into the holiday season:

❄️Our last two Yoga for All classes for the year will be TONIGHT and Dec. 8th. They will be extra cozy! We will move through a light full-body stretch and then have lots of time for restorative postures. Fuzzy socks are welcome and encouraged.

❄️Dec. 15 I will be co-hosting a special chair yoga offering with Uniquely You Yoga & Massage. More information is on the flyer below! This will be a fully seated yoga class, with a few mini-massages provided throughout the class. Chair yoga is kind to the joints and can be taken on the go--it is a great way to practice yoga. Please feel free to message me with any questions you might have, and of course we would love to have you join us for the class!

❄️No class on Dec. 22! I will be taking a break through Christmas and New Years, and will meet you back on the mat in 2026.
