I've done two classes now at the in Villas and it is definitely one of my favorite places! They have an amazing variety of fun crafty classes that are so theraputic, help get our creative juices flowing, and build community. It is also a non-profit store that collects all kinds of donated art and crafting supplies so they don't end up in a landfill and are instead sold for incredible prices! Plus, the owner is the BEST!... thanks Penelope for being you and for all you do!

Yoga with us at Congress Hall

Summer 2018 is here and we’re having a BLAST - lots of fun in the sun! I’m thrilled to have brought onto the WLF team Amanda and Daniella and we’re super excited to have partnered up with Congress Hall and Cape Resorts Group to bring you Beach Yoga on the beautiful Congress St beach EVERY morning at 8am and NEW “Sunset Beach Yoga” Mon-Thurs 6:30pm AND NOW have fun with the kids at Family Yoga on the Lawn every Saturday 9:30am. Special class pass options are 10 classes for $100 or 5 classes for $60 or drop-in for $16. We hope to see you on the beach or on the lawn at the beautiful Congress Hall this summer!
