Our Story
Since 2006, locals and visitors have found a peaceful oasis at Balance Cape May. We are grateful for the continued support of our students and clients who have helped us to grow and expand. We strive to provide quality instruction in Pilates and Yoga in a clean, quiet atmosphere where students focus on connecting mind, body, and spirit without distraction.
Balance offers group classes, individual sessions, and private sessions in both Yoga and Pilates. We also offer local and international retreats and workshops. We even offer yoga sessions on the beach! We love taking advantage of our gorgeous, naturally relaxing Cape May setting.
Our vision at the studio is to help transform students’ images of themselves and their bodies and to offer the community a space for celebration and learning.
Our massage therapists are dedicated to relieving stress and tension from the body and instilling a sense of wellness and relaxation. Traditional Thai Yoga and Integrative Massage are also available.
