Marco is one of North Beach’s true originals. At 82 years young, he shows up at the gym every single day and works out harder than kids fresh out of high school. 💪🔥

Even while dealing with medical challenges, Marco keeps pushing forward, proving his dedication, grit, and heart. And as if that wasn’t enough, he still finds time to bring treats and cookies for everyone because that’s just the kind of guy he is. 🍪❤️

Someone you know is preparing for their first Christmas without their husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter or son. Others are preparing for their last.

Regardless of the specifics, remember that this season of joy is often times a season of sorrow for many. Be kind, be generous, give love, give help; if nothing else, just don't give people a hard time.

🎅💪 BREAKING NEWS: Santa just joined North Beach Health Club and he’s trading cookies for kettlebells!

He said, “If I’m flying all night, I better be FIT all night.”

Our personal trainers have him doing sled pushes (he insisted on bringing his own), chimney-step cardio, and a strict “only 1 cookie per household” nutrition plan.

The big guy’s goal?
✨ More jingle, less jiggle. ✨

Catch him in the gym….he’s the one with the red suit, white beard, and surprisingly good form. 🎄🏋️‍♂️
