Today’s balsamic moon asked for quiet strength.

I had a moment recently where my nervous system was lit up — pain, nausea, anxiety — and I realized staying in my personal power wasn’t about pushing through or looking brave.

It was an inside job.

Belly breath.
Presence.
Letting go of needing comfort from the outside and choosing to stay with myself.
