Here's an updated list of offerings we can help with:

Intensive Outpatient Program - We offer this program 3 or 5 days a week. Includes therapy, wellness coaching, case management, groups (peer support), and MD if needed. We treat both primary substance use disorder and primary mental health, and of course a blend of both (dual diagnosis). We work with private insurance plans that have out of network coverage and have competitive rates.

Partial Hospitalization Program - This 9am - 3pm daily program is coming your way soon!

Residential Programs - We have a network of both primary mental health and substance use disorder programs that we have vetted, are effective, align with our values, and take most insurances. We are also networked with a wider range of ethical providers we can refer to.

Therapy Packages - Need help with trauma, relationships, and family systems? We got you covered; our therapists are awesome. We offer fair pricing and our therapists are also networked w/ Medi-Cal!

Community Groups -

Wednesday - Tai Chi - 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Smart Recovery - 6:30pm - 8:00pm (starting June 25th)

Thursday - Recovery Dharma - 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Sunday - Refuge Recovery - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
