Feeling Empowered

Along the journey in life I have been blessed with many healthy mentors, starting with my Mom. As a young child I was introduced to alternative healthy concepts through the National Health Expo gatherings, Chiropractics, herbs and iridology were accepted and used as a matter of fact. After a life threatening bout with Toxic Shock Syndrome at 16 it became a lifelong passion to learn the infinite possibilities of the natural world to support a healthy life. I have had quite a ride on this journey, watching people use alternative modalities to reverse conditions that the medical establishment said were incurable many times over. Empowering others by having information to take charge of their health is my hope in sharing this page with others.
