Ambu means water in the ancient yogic language of Sanskrit, and the name represents the connection between the flow of energy in
Captiva's surrounding waters and the mind-body-spirit experience of yoga. We believe in the transformational physical and emotional benefits of yoga, and allow a deep respect for our natural island surroundings to inspire all that we do. This way of thinking also inspires the items sold in the studio's eco-conscious boutique, stocked with local art, clothing, jewelry, home decor, yoga accessories, and more.
