We are looking forward to seeing everyone between 2 pm - 4 pm, today! Dust off your costumes and come out for a fun afternoon at Walker Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility.

Rain ☔️ Plan- we will move our event indoors so come on out!

Our residents and staff had a blast participating in the Carbon Hill parade today, and they returned home to welcome Lupton school for a visit. We thank Enhabit Hospice for joining in on the fun and distributing candy.
