We recognize that the greatest gift you can give us is your trust and we devote ourselves to continuous improvement in skill and service to retain that trust. We strive to make each visit to our office as peaceful and pleasant as possible. Please allow 90 minutes for your first office visit and plan on arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to complete your new patient paperwork. If we will be billing your insurance carrier please bring your dental insurance coverage card. Your first visit will last one hour and will consist of any necessary diagnostic x-rays and a comprehensive exam with Dr. Jennifer. Be prepared for the most extensive dental examination you have ever had including charting and a thorough discussion of all dental concerns diagnosed. Expect to receive a great deal of information at this visit as the doctor walks you through detailed explanations of conditions and procedures. Dr. Jennifer treats each patient as if they are a member of her family and, as such, diagnoses and treats all oral health issues with an aggressively preventative mindset; anything less would be short-changing your health. During this visit Dr. Jennifer will create a customized treatment plan tailored to address your individual needs and concerns and will determine the type of dental hygiene treatment you need. As always, Dr. Jennifer and staff welcome and expect your active participation in your treatment. Depending upon the extent of your individualized treatment plan, it may take you some time to absorb all of the information you have received at this visit. We encourage you to call us with questions or additional needs that arise as you prepare to begin your journey toward a healthy smile.
