I was sick last week. Better now. Qi Gong practice WILL meet this Wednesday, 3/18 at 10:00am.
The following week practice is cancelled (3/25) as I will be traveling to Florida for a retreat. Practice will resume on 4/3!!!

Wednesday: Qi gong, 10-10:45/11:00 AM. $10
Thursday: Stretch and Relax, 9:30-10:30 AM, $10
Pilates, 11 AM - 12 PM, $15
Saturday: Om Flow Yoga, 9:00-10:30 canceled 3/14
Reiki Level 1, 1:00-3:30/4:00 PM. $30 (pre-registration required)

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14. Reiki Level 1--introduction to Reiki. This month will emphasize using a pendulum to assess the energy field/chakras, self-healing practice and protocols and practice working with others. 1:00-3:30/4:00. $30.

One of the Moon's long time (students/clients/friends--not sure of the correct term here actually) lives on Boskeydell road and after plowing his drive and many of his neighbors came Friday afternoon and plowed the parking lot!!!!! There is still a LOT of snow around!

Classes at the Healing Moon will resume Monday! WOOHOO. Although we've been OK Zooming while snowed in, it's a lot more fun to practice Yoga, Qi Gong, and Pilates in person with a group!!! Please join us next week sometime!!
