Breathe deeper at True Nature Yoga 🌿
Join us at True Nature Yoga for Pranayama 101 with Marianne Linn, a three-part breathwork series designed to help you ground your nervous system and restore your energy from the inside out.
Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of consciously working with the breath. Through intentional breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to calm the mind, regulate stress, increase vitality, and create a stronger connection between body and awareness. Your breath is always with you, and this course teaches you how to truly use it.
