Get care quickly with SIH On-Demand Video Visits.

When you need medical advice but cannot make it to a clinic, SIH offers on-demand video visits through MyChart. This option lets you request a visit, share your concerns, and connect with a provider as soon as one is available.

The process is simple:
✔️ Open MyChart and select "On-Demand Video Visit"
✔️ Confirm your location
✔️ Choose the reason for your visit
✔️ Add a brief comment if needed
✔️ Complete eCheck-in
✔️ Enter the virtual waiting room

If there is a wait, you can choose how you would like to be notified. Once your provider is ready, you can begin your visit.

On-demand video visits are a convenient way to receive timely, secure care from wherever you are.
