Grief is not linear.
It is often like waves on the ocean—sometimes a gentle tide, other times we are trapped in the riptide.

It’s been a tender stretch—weeks marked by loss.
And once again, I’m reminded:
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.

It means learning to breathe inside the raw, unfiltered honesty of your own heart let the ache be

a companion,
a teacher,
a quiet reminder of love that remains.

If you're grieving, know this—there’s no right way.
Your path is sacred. Your heart is wise.
And your tears? They are an offering of love.
