"I chose massage therapy because meaningful, hands-on care has always felt essential to who I am. Supporting others through stress, pain, illness, and recovery is not just my profession, it is work I believe in deeply. I hold advanced training in oncology massage, a specialization shaped in part by personal experience with familial cancer. Oncology massage is a gentle, specialized approach that adapts pressure and techniques to safely support clients during or after cancer treatment. I also bring a strong clinical foundation to my work through neuromuscular therapy (NMT) and trigger point therapy, along with experience in deep tissue, Swedish massage, Esalen style flow, prenatal massage, TMJ work, hot stones, cupping therapy and PTSD massage. I practiced massage therapy in Alabama for the past seven years and have since returned home to my native state of Maine. My work blends intuitive presence with careful technique, always tailored to the individual in front of me. Helping others through thoughtful, skilled bodywork is vital to me. Whether a client is seeking relief from chronic pain, support during a difficult chapter, or simply a place to rest and reset, I strive to offer care that is grounded, respectful, and deeply human."
