This post is so out of my comfort zone, but I started a journey on September 14, 2020 (my 24 year anniversary) - It has been so rewarding that I felt compelled to share. The photo on the left has haunted me for many years. Do you have a photo that sticks in your head and you ask yourself “who is that person?” This is mine!!
I don’t know how I got there. I was at a point in my life where I was raising my four young children, running from one thing to the next - I forgot how to take care of myself.
I’ve struggled for years with the scale going up and down on all kinds of programs and I was never able to get back to that pre pregnancy weight. Well I’m 4 weeks in, 18 lbs down and well on my way!
When my daughter said “mom let’s try this plan” I was skeptical at best. I can happily say that I love the plan so much that I am now helping family and friends feel like themselves again too. It’s a great feeling to be on this journey together.
** Ironically I am standing in my coaches foyer in the photo on the left. Who knew I would be on this health journey with her 5 years later.
