I was feeling a little rundown the last couple days — that scratchy throat, low energy, “am I getting sick?” feeling. 🤧
Instead of ignoring it, I supported it.
I laid under the red light.
I booked an immune boost injection with our provider for next Saturday.
I’ve been sipping hot tea and fueling my body with good, nourishing food.
And yes — I still taught and moved my body. Sometimes sweating it out (when it feels right) helps me reset. The key is listening.
Wellness isn’t all or nothing. It’s knowing when to push gently… and when to support deeply.
