Last year, Grounded Roots Counseling Services started on January 2, 2020. During the 2020 year (to include a pandemic) we were able to provide services to 121 different clients with 1,668 sessions.

We focused on treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, coping with the global pandemic, increasing emotional awareness, and supporting parents surviving work and schooling their kids... to name a few.

We look forward to continuing our work not only in the 2021 year, but for years to come. We encourage each of you to continue to find ways to ground, connect, remain flexible, and take care of self.

We found our motto to be very fitting, especially during this year.
