When things do not go according to plan, you find a way! Beautiful 53 mile ride this morning in some rainy and foggy weather! Perfect temps. Was planning for a ride full of climbing and elevation in honor of the current mountainous stages of the TDF, but certainly was not the day for that given the conditions. Still got a moderate amount of elevation in and most importantly got my ride in, even though mother nature tried to keep me down, she did not succeed today!

We are excited to announce that we will begin offering YOGA at our office this summer! Classes will begin on Tuesday, July 1st at 9AM and will be taught by Jan Beck.

In keeping with our vision of being a leader of proactive health and wellness care for the Central PA area, we believe this will be a great addition to our clinic and are excited to have Jan join our team!

Our schedule for our Summer Yoga Sessions will be as follows:

Yoga Fundamentals: Tuesday, 7/1 from 9-10AM

Are you curious about yoga and would like to explore the basics of yoga shapes and breathwork? Are you seeking stress relief, improved balance and flexibility, a gentle workout, or a compliment to your cardio and strength training? Would you like to try something new for your well-being, comfort, and confidence in a supportive and non-intimidating environment?

Join Jan at ChiroFITT for a one hour workshop designed to learn foundational yoga movement and breathing techniques which are accessible for every body. No experience is required and all are welcome!

Slow Flow yoga class: Tuesdays 9-10AM (7/8, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19)

Unwind and reconnect with your body and breath in our 60 minute Slow Flow yoga class at ChiroFITT. This gentle yet grounding practice emphasizes mindful breathing and movement, longer holds, and deep stretches to release tension and cultivate inner stillness. Slow Flow yoga offers a nourishing space to build strength, increase flexibility, and practice self-care amidst the busyness of life. Bring your yoga mat and any props that you may want to use, including blocks, blankets, or a strap. If you are new to yoga and do not have a mat or props, just bring yourself and we will have them available for you!

Jan is a graduate of The Yoga Abbey’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and has 20 years of experience in practicing yoga. She teaches yoga classes locally and loves to support every body in their journey to mindful movement!

Total cost for the 7 sessions will be $100. Sign up by 6/16 you will receive a FREE yoga mat!To sign up click the link in the Bio or just comment "Yoga". Space is limited to the first 12 to sign up!
