Hello everyone, this week's caregiver spotlight is Kloe!
Hello My name is Kloe Figueroa. I just got to marry my husband on October 31 2025. I have 2 dogs, a cattle dog named Marshall and a corgi named Flint. A cat named Pebbles and a horse named Angel. I have two little nephews that I love so dearly! I currently attend Wilson College to get my Bachelors degree in Equine Facilitated Therapeutics and Equine Management. I will minor in psychology. After Wilson I hope to get my masters degree in psychology related to veterans and military. My whole goal is to own and operate my own Equine therapy barn for veterans, military and first responders.
A fun fact about me is I ride horses and I compete. I have several ribbons and Angel and I went home with our first ever second place ribbons.
My husband and I love going down to Virginia Beach as that was where he was stationed at was in Norfolk Virginia.
I decided to become a caregiver to help in my future goal. Being a caregiver lets me find the language I need to be able to communicate with clients while being professional.
One of my clients and I love doing puzzles together. To see him and I work together and just talk and laugh really brightens up my day. If it’s a hard puzzle every time someone matches a piece we high-five.
My advice for new caregivers is it does take a little to get into a routine but if you ever have any questions, problems or concerns don’t be afraid to reach out to the office. They are always here to help us!
