21st Century Rehab Carlisle Physical therapy clinic in Carlisle IA providing exceptional care to a variety of patients including athletes, elderly, post surgical, lymphedema.

Our Carlisle clinic opened in 2008 and has been proudly serving the Carlisle community and surrounding areas since! We aim to provide exceptional care for a variety of services, including sports medicine, lymphedema, occupational health, TMJ & Headaches, as well as physical therapy services. We serve a variety of patients from athletes and the elderly, to post surgical, to those with chronic diseases or pain, and those with other orthopedic conditions.

We’re always looking for ways to better serve our community.

We’re exploring some ideas for additional services and programs that could benefit local families, athletes, and older adults.

If we were to offer something new, what would you love to see in our community?

Some examples could be things like:
• Injury prevention programs for kids’ sports
• Yoga or strength classes
• Recovery room (sauna, red light, normatec boots etc.)

But we’re open to any ideas!
