PPL electric power outage at our facility 7:50PM Thursday November 20th.
The facility will be closed until 3:30AM upon expected restoration.

It’s MUM season! Both our boys are selling Mums $12 each for their Keystone Travel ⚾️ Ball teams. We did this fundraiser last year, and these are down right beautiful, especially for the price!

Unfortunately I’m late posting and the order is due this coming Tuesday September 12th!

Quinn’s Coffee Bar (food truck) will be in the parking lot of Iron Haven Gym & Chiropractic and RKL Paving and Services, LLC tomorrow at 8:30am till ?
Come out to enjoy some coffee and sweet treats and support a local food truck. ☕️🥯

The gym is experiencing a power outage today due to down power lines in the area. We are open, there’s just no lights, water, or music.

Please do not use the bathroom while the power is out.
