Tonight was Week One of The Art of Holding Space for Yourself, a six week in person series at Happy Blue Marble 💙🌎
This week focused on feeling safe in the body. We slowed down, arrived in the present moment, explored gentle somatic practices, created personal altar spaces, and chose one affirmation to work with all week.
We practiced mirror affirmations, grounding, breath, and simple ways to come back to ourselves without forcing anything.
This work is about learning how to stay with yourself in real life moments, not fixing, not rushing, not performing.
