Got your next tox appointment on the books? Here are a couple of underrated areas you might want to consider treating!

Nose tox:
A small amount can be placed at the tip if your nose pulls downward when you talk or smile. It can also be placed on the nostrils to help reduce flaring and create a subtle, slimming effect.

DAOs:
These muscles pull the corners of the mouth downward when frowning. If they’re very active, they can make you look like you’re frowning even at rest. Treating this area helps soften that pull and can create a gentle upturn to the mouth.

Did you know Microneeding + PRF doesn’t just help with acne scars and texture?

We created a personalized treatment plan to help heal her wounds and prevent scars from settling in. She completed three sessions of Microneedling + PRF, and you can see just how beautifully everything has healed.

There’s actually research showing that starting microneedling early in the healing process — around 8 weeks after surgery, once the skin has fully closed — can improve scar softness, texture, and overall appearance.

Studies have found that treating scars during this early healing phase leads to better long-term outcomes than waiting for the scar to fully mature.

For scars like these, whether from surgery or an accident, we recommend beginning treatment no sooner than 8 weeks, when the skin is strong enough to respond safely and effectively. Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin production which aids in healing and regenerating new skin!

Happy Topic Tuesday!! Today we’re reminding you to get those appointments on the schedule!

If you’re planning on getting injectables before all the festivities, here’s your friendly reminder to book early so you can look and feel your best:

💉 Filler: If you’re flying, we recommend staying local for at least 48 hours—just in case we need to check in on you. For healing purposes you also just won’t want to hop on a plane right away because the elevation can cause more swelling!

✨ Tox: Plan for 2 weeks before your event so results fully settle and we have time for any touch-ups.

🧖🏻‍♀️Microneeding/Peels: Plan for 2 weeks before your event to allow your skin to heal perfectly! Everyone’s skin reacts different so we want to make sure you’re perfectly glowing for your events!

Overall: The best thing would be to plan ahead! Give yourself 4+ weeks before major events for healing, settling, and glowing.
