A low-key yoga studio where the teachers know your name. We offer classes for beginners and advanced yogi's, in the heart of Carlsbad. It's just yoga!

It's very healthy and shouldn't be taken so seriously. Check the full schedule out on the website We are mostly outside these days. Dima prefers to teach indoors. Victor's 6am are inside with as much heat as we can manage. If it is freezing or raining we will be inside.

Sunday evening (5pm, it’s dark) Diana is playing Sound Bowls to celebrate the transition to Winter 🪾. This night is the turning point towards longer days. Take some time to get yourself grounded and feel rested. If you can let your self slow down a bit you might find the holidays more enjoyable 💕🎄And in that joy some mild excitement for later sunsets and longer days. Class is an hour 5-6pm
