Perfect Balance Fitness was founded by Adrienne Donio Wagemester, offering mobile private and small group sessions in Personal Training, Vinyasa Yoga, Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) Instruction, SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness. The vision behind Perfect Balance Fitness is to help develop balance for those with busy lifestyles by integrating and promoting the physical and mind-body components of a well-rounded fitness program to reduce stress and to help improve overall health and quality of life. Achieving balance within our everyday lives of work, family, travel and other commitments is challenging when you are trying to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Perfect Balance Fitness makes fitness and mind-body programs more accessible by offering private sessions in our studio, at your home, corporate gym, hotel or resort, and other locations in addition to regularly scheduled small group sessions and special event options at various venues throughout San Diego County.

Who else loves baking on the first day of fall? 🍂🍁🐚

Made these healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Chunk Cookies. Great for an anytime treat, especially pre-workout!

110 kcal, 12 g Carbs, 2 g Protein,

LUNCH INSPIRATION …For the women out there who are really diving into nutrition and learning macronutrient portions and how it affects your training progress.

Fresh spinach leaves topped with shrimp, feta, walnuts, seasoning, and hummus. Red grapes on the side for carbs.

I usually just eyeball my portions but for fun, measured out to see if I was still on track. This entire plate was a total of 289kcal, 44g protein, 6g carbs, 10g fat. Grapes brought carb count up to 42g and total for meal was 409kcal. I’m good with this source of carbohydrate and will often mix it up with different options like whole grain toast, rice, etc…

Overall for the day, I’ll be right where I should be for a lift day, as I eat throughout the day. On lift days, I’ll consume more carbs to support muscle glycogen replenishment so my percentages may differ from day to day if I were to measure everything out.

Need help in understanding all of this? Message me. You can have the perfect workout plan, but if you are not dialed in to your nutrition, you may not be seeing the type of progress that you want. It’s really a thing if you’re in your 40s, 50s or beyond!
