This class focuses on exercises in neutral spine and is a great option for clients with a history of spinal conditions or those who want a slower-paced, “restorative” class before the weekend. Clients who have finished their private sessions can smoothly transition into this class. Despite its slower speed, rest assured that you will still feel challenged from head to toe.

Did you know that sugar can make you sick? Sugar leads to many types of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and increases inflammation in your body. The average American eats 152 lbs of sugar per year. The reason why our body craves sugar is because it acts like co***ne in the brain and increases our dopamine production (our pleasure neurotransmitter). Sugar also increases insulin production and when we eat too much sugar, insulin stores the sugar as fat. One of the most common areas (and the most dangerous area) to gain weight is our stomach. These fat cells are very intelligent and make their own hormones and inflammatory cytokines. Belly fat drives your food behavior because it is anabolic and hungry and wants to build, store, and grow leading to sugar cravings and increased hunger. Controlling your sugar addiction is easier than you might think and there are effective ways to detox from sugar.
