Watching leaders rise is one of the greatest privileges of building Actionable.
After four incredible years of growth, contribution, and conviction, I’m proud to share that has stepped into the role of Executive Director of Actionable Insights.
Cole has come to realize that the road of maximum adventure is also the road of maximum responsibility.
Not only is he taking on greater stewardship within our nonprofit, but he’s also making a bid for the North County Fire District Board, a testament to his commitment to service beyond self.
His campaign rests on a foundation of common sense, transparency, and judicious spending, principles that mirror the values he’s carried throughout his leadership at Actionable.
Cole’s poise, professionalism, and integrity have helped shape a culture where people can fall back in love with their jobs again; and his continued pursuit of civic impact shows that leadership doesn’t stop at the office door.
