Just got back from the LA-MCA conference, and wow—so much inspiration this year. 🙌

What I love about this conference is that it’s not just about injectors talking to injectors. It’s surgeons, innovators, and experts from all corners of aesthetics coming together to share what actually moves the industry forward.

For me, continuing education isn’t just a checkbox, it’s how I make sure every treatment I offer is safe, intentional, and enhances what makes each person unique. The more I learn, the more confident I am that my patients are getting the best results possible.

Always grateful to keep learning and bringing back tools that let me do my job better every day. ✨

“What’s your favorite feature?”

My favorite part?
Watching how long it takes to answer 😏

Because somehow we can list 10 “flaws” in 5 seconds…
but one thing we love? Suddenly we’re speechless.

Plot twist:
Being hard on yourself isn’t making you hotter.

In fact, studies show people who practice self-compassion have less stress and better overall well-being, so yes, being nice to yourself is actually part of the glow-up.

In 2016, I lived in Hawaiʻi.
My daughter was 2.
I was tan from the sun, hair wild from the humidity, working long shifts in the ER in Hilo.

I didn’t know it then, but I was becoming her and becoming me.

In 2026, I have a skincare routine I never would’ve believed in back then.
I miss my Hawaiian hair.
I run my own aesthetic business.
And my daughter is 12—watching, learning, growing alongside me.

Same woman.
Different season.

Growth doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it just quietly shows up ten years later
