If you’ve ever had a bunch of things scheduled in a day, but wind up in the ER due to your illness, you understand. If you’ve ever had so much pain that you are bedridden for the day when your to-do list grows, you get it. Heck, if you’re the care giver, family or friend accompanying your loved one to the ER or helping them at home when you had other things to do, you get this too! Please be kind and gentle...and take a deep breath. Sometimes illness and pain have to take a priority, and we need to take care of ourselves and our loved ones when this happens. People will understand if you need to reschedule or if you have to put off doing that thing that you promised. You and your health come first. Take care of yourselves and much love to the caregivers out there!💕 .
