I’m so impressed by the way my community has come together to talk, pray and understand one of life’s biggest tragedies and conundrums that is su***de. Paige was a brilliant, beautiful person who lost an intense mental health battle to su***de. Her death is teaching so many so much.

My community lost a beautiful person this weekend due to mental illness and PTSD. The response from the church to su***de has been varied over the years, often wrong. I wanted to share this poignant and Grace filled message with each of you. God loves us even when we are so very lost. Our salvation is secure no matter what our final moments hold.

Please don’t suffer in silence, reach out, seek help, just like Paige was doing.

This is what my current office looks like. Back to back sessions with clients all day makes me feel normal even in the midst of constant change.
