I teach yoga classes and workshops on a daily basis, and have done so for several years. I teach a stronger style of Vinyasa Flow, with lots of focus on alignment and technique, but without ever loosing the spiritual and mental parts of yoga. STOP LYING. 🙄

I know basically none of you are stretching as much as you should.
And the funny thing is: it doesn’t even take much to give your body more mobility, a bit more flexibility, and a better overall function and feel.

As we all know, consistency is key.
One stretch therapy session a week is enough. Stay consistent, and you’ll see noticeable improvements within three months, whether your goal is more freedom in your body, faster recovery, pain relief, or something specific like touching your toes, doing the splits, or getting higher kicks.

I got you.😌

Right after a stretch therapy session with me, your body will feel more open and you will feel more relaxed.

After one month of consistent weekly sessions, your flexibility has increased and little aches and pains are reduced.

After three months of consistent, weekly sessions… game changer.
This is when you’ll have clear results, a more flexible and mobile body, much less pain (if any at all, depending on the source of the pain) and a more regulated nervous system.

Keyword here is CONSISTENCY.
