STOP LYING. 🙄
I know basically none of you are stretching as much as you should.
And the funny thing is: it doesn’t even take much to give your body more mobility, a bit more flexibility, and a better overall function and feel.
As we all know, consistency is key.
One stretch therapy session a week is enough. Stay consistent, and you’ll see noticeable improvements within three months, whether your goal is more freedom in your body, faster recovery, pain relief, or something specific like touching your toes, doing the splits, or getting higher kicks.
