A bittersweet day here at Nakoa as we say farewell to our golden boy, . Will has been a tremendous coach, team member, and friend. His energy, dedication, and heart have left a lasting mark on Nakoa. We will miss his presence on the floor, but couldn’t be more excited to see him thrive in his new career field. Go crush it, Will—we’re all rooting for you!

CLIENT HIGHLIGHT!!!📣📣📣 read below for why we’re recognizing these awesome people👇🏼👇🏼

- For those who are familiar with our training recipe, understand we fuse a little corrective exercise with some strength work to maintain balance in body and promote healthy, happy and strong humans. However sometimes we like to realize what our clients are a capable of, so here are the faces of those that completed some grueling tests of strength (endurance)
- squat 50% of their bodyweight for as many reps as possible
- deadlift 75% of their bodyweight for as many reps as possible
- Push up for as many reps as possible
- Inverted Row for as many reps as possible
- 1000 meter row as fast as possible
deadlifting 75% of her body weight for whopping 50 reps, Rob Buda squatting 50% of his body weight for 40 reps,
completing 58 in the push up and completing 40 reps in the push up.
Ohh and all these strength tests were off a metronome - so no cheating 😉
So proud of not only what our clients are capable on a given day but more importantly dedicating 12 months of training regardless of outside chaos and stresses life can throw at us!
