FINAL REMINDER
Today is the last day to come in to our office and sign a request to transfer records. Please do so BEFORE 3pm, in order to give staff time to process the request. We will only be transferring records to other medical facilities today; we WILL NOT be printing records due to time constraint. After today, you must access your child's medical records through Morgan Records Management:

REMINDER! REMINDER!
Next WEDNESDAY, May 31st will be our last day in operation.

Please, if you have not done so, stop by the office to fill out a records request form as soon as possible. Remember, after May 31st, you will have access to your child's medical records only through www.morganrecordsmanagement.com

ALLERGY SHOTS for the last week we are open will be given at 8am on Wednesday, May 31st.

Raney Pediatrics will be CLOSED on Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen on Tuesday the 30th at 8am.

Parents/guardians: If you have not yet filled out a records release for your child(ren), please do so as soon as possible. Stop by the office Monday-Thurs 8a-4:30p (closed for lunch 12p-1p) or Friday 8a-12p. After May 31st, you will only be able to access Raney Pediatrics records at morganrecordsmanagement.com
