Ian is a Registered Nurse at the Center for Special Surgery and is inspired by Open Communication.

“I’m loud and proud—you’ll know when I’m in the room! But more importantly, I appreciate a team that listens. I love sharing feedback and being open to growth and change. Open communication is what makes all of our other inspirations successful.”

Ian joined our team in late January 2026 after spending four years in the CVICU. He’s excited to be in a new environment, learning more about spine and pain management—especially since continuing education is one of his favorite parts of nursing.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys reading, writing, cooking, traveling, board games, costume creation, and biking.
