PSA: 1-3 out of 100 women will experience Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). PMDD leads to abrupt mood changes, irrational thoughts, paranoia, suicidal ideations, rage, insomnia, rejection sensitivity, emotional outbursts, & more. The scariest part is feeling so out of control of your own emotions! PMDD education is negligible in America. * By promoting PMDD awareness we create a compassionate community - where women with PMDD are not stereotyped, but instead are seen as individual’s who are hurting. * By speaking out about PMDD we will foster a supportive environment that empowers women to seek help and regain control of their life.

Signed,

- A woman who was once a victim to PMDD, but she is now a survivor.

(Thank you ETERNALLY to the people who saw me struggling and made the decision to compassionately stand beside me through the darkest times in my life - I love you. Its time for all the light to shine through now..let’s party!🎈)

Borderline Personality Disorder has 4 subtypes. On of these subtypes is called quiet Quiet BPD is marked by core features of identity diffusion, an unstable sense of self, internal emotional dysregulation, and abandonment sensitivity. They are loyal. They are passive-aggressive. Relational splitting and chronic shame cycles manifest as withdrawal, covert retaliation, and idealization-devaluation dynamics - driving their relationship as if on a roller coaster. Emotional expression is typically suppressed and redirected into passive dissociation, intermittent self-reform efforts, and compulsive mirroring of romantic figures. Relational patterns reveal impaired object constancy, rapid attachment, and a persistent underlying void that drives role-based compensation. The self is split. He/she cannot be both good and bad at the same time, so neither can their partner. Quite borderline males endless search for constancy of their mother figure, often resulting in enabling partners who don’t know what they are up against while unable to see start on a whirlwind of a ride. When the borderline individual perceives abandonment, (inevitable) the partner is ghosted. The story then rewritten. Use of covert narcissistic defenses aid in remaining out of borderline collapse. All cluster B personality disorders are disorders of Perception. All personality disorders are pervasive and from a young age.
