Our Members' faces lit up when Wellness Director Heather brought out the blocks and exercise balls for another session of Neurofit! 🧠 We absolutely love this class, which combines full-body exercises with cognitive training. 💪 During this particular session, it was a dual-task team activity that focused on balancing while working on both their rotation and coordination skills. ⚖️ With a little support and guidance from our wellness team, we can confidently say our Members rocked this class! 👏

Members kicked back and relaxed in the Carmel Salt Caves & Spa after a long, fun-filled week! 🌟 We were thrilled to discover that spending just one hour breathing in the soothing benefits of Himalayan salt is equivalent to four hours at the ocean. It felt like a trip to the shore, only we didn't have to travel far at all! 🌊 This was the perfect escape with soothing sounds, aromatherapy, and pure zen in the air. 🧘‍♀️ 🧡

Members warmed up on this chilly morning with some strength exercises in our emPowerD class! 🏋 This national award-winning Parkinson's program helps our Members complete everyday tasks with ease! In this session, dedicated Members used weights to strengthen their muscles, improve their range of motion, and increase their endurance. 💪 We cannot express how proud we are of these folks for showing up to these classes and giving it their all each week. 👏
