BIG NEWS: Schulke Chiropractic & Wellness Solutions is now Nexus Neuro.

For well over a decade, you’ve known us as Schulke Chiropractic & Wellness Solutions.

Today, we’re excited to share our new name:

👉 Nexus Neuro: Brain + Body

Why the change?
Because what we do has grown far beyond traditional chiropractic, even though that will always remain our foundation.

We are one of the only Functional Neurology clinics in Indiana will be the only clinic in the state with:

- Advanced neurodiagnostic video-oculography (VOG) testing
- A multi-axis rotational chair system for brain and balance assessment & treatment

This technology helps us evaluate and address conditions that are often labeled “untreatable,” including:

- Chronic dizziness and balance problems
- Neuropathy
- “Mystery” neurological symptoms
- Many brain–body and immune-related dysfunctions

Our new name simply reflects what we’ve already been doing:
Connecting the brain and body to help patients who haven’t found answers anywhere else.

What’s NOT changing

- Same doctors
- Same team
- Same location in Carmel, Indiana
- Same commitment to personalized, root-cause care

If you’re an existing patient, you don’t need to do anything.
Your records, care plans, and appointments all continue as normal under our new name.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll share more about our diagnostic options and a special Nexus Neuro: Brain + Body Diagnostic Intensive for patients with chronic dizziness, balance issues, neuropathy, or long-standing “no one can tell me what’s wrong” symptoms.
