The Touch Story...

Have you ever heard stories of people who had an idea for a product or business pop into their head like a lightning bolt? The so-called lightbulb moment when that one singular, powerful idea simply floods the mind. Well that happened to me a few years ago while I was at an amusement park with my wife and two young children in Ohio. It was a crowed, 90 degree day at Kings Island and we were literally stuffed into the little kids area of the park. It was late afternoon, and my wife was spraying sunscreen on my sweaty kids to protect them from getting sunburned.

Throughout the day we had been bumping elbows with the crowds, in and out of bathrooms, concessions stands, riding rides, touching ride handles, door k***s, sticky food, sinks and toilet levers….each other…...you get the idea.
