📣 Welcome Our Newest Physical Therapist — Dr. Milad S., PT, DPT!

We’re excited to welcome Milad to the team at Empire Performance PT!

Milad earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marist University, completing the program from January 2023 through December 2025. He enjoys working with both geriatric and athletic populations, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence so they can return to the activities they love.

Milad’s treatment style combines evidence-based exercise progressions with thoughtful manual therapy. His goal each visit is to safely challenge patients with creative and dynamic progressions, meeting people where they are while guiding them toward long-term independence and performance.

Outside the clinic, Milad enjoys bodybuilding and strength training, and he’s a big fan of the Marvel, DC, and Star Wars universes. Originally from California, he moved to Poughkeepsie for Physical Therapy school and is excited to now call the Hudson Valley home.

Milad is passionate about serving the local community and helping people feel stronger, safer, and more capable in their everyday lives.
