I've been quiet for the past three months. No posts, no stories, no reels. Here's why.
I've been rebuilding SturgillMD.com from the ground up — every procedure page, every explanation, every word. Not with a marketing team. Not with a content agency. Just me.
That's not a flex. It's a philosophy.
I believe the information you use to make decisions about your face should come directly from the surgeon — not a copywriter, not an AI, not someone who's never held a scalpel. When you read about deep plane facelifts, rhinoplasty, skin resurfacing, or any of the 11 procedures on this site, you're reading my thought process. My technique. My honest assessment of what works, what doesn't, and what I think you should know before you ever walk into a consultation — with me or anyone else.
That last part matters. This site isn't designed for marketing. It's a resource. Even if you never step foot in my office, I want the information on SturgillMD.com to help you make a better decision about your face. That's the whole point of Truth & Transparency — it has to extend beyond my own waiting room to mean anything.
I'm not going to pretend this was easy. Three months of nights and weekends, building something I'm genuinely proud of. I think it's the most thorough, honest patient resource in facial plastic surgery. Go explore and judge for yourself.
Link in bio. And if it helps you — share it with someone who's researching.
