She has received over 4000 hours of bodywork education via independent study, state & nationally regulated programs. Her modalities include: Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Masage, KinesioTaping, Active Assisted Stretching, Visceral Manipulation, Rehabilitative Techniques, & Relaxation Massage.
