So, I have been getting it in with the cardio at home for quite some time now…. But yesterday, I noticed that parts of me looked like they were melting. 🤦🏽♀️🤣 SO!!! It was time to get back to weight training! Plus my husband .r.alexander and my cousin/friend , been out here showing out, with the gym pics! They ain’t the only ones on it! 💪🏽🤣 I have not fully arrived yet, but I am committed to this journey with everyone who has also made that commitment to better health. Becoming a Health/Life Coach, I have learned a lot, and I am applying it to my own healing as well. ❤️ If you are currently having issues:
1. Make sure you are getting 2 to 3 servings of fruits and veggies daily.
2. Drink at least a gallon of water throughout the day.
3. EXERCISE, but just 30 to 60 minutes a day, 3 to 5 days a week. Exercising for too long can create havoc in your body, and an opposite affect to your desired goal.
4. Get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep, during the after dark hours.
We tend to scoff at drinking water, eating the good stuff, & definitely exercising… But listen, if you are taking supplements or medication, or finding yourself sluggish and just not feeling great, you should be doing all of the above. You can’t get better if you don’t move, along the good stuff to be beneficially distributed in your body, and you don’t have the right stuff inside of you to get rid of what shouldn’t be there. OH! And don’t forget to continue to protect yourself out there! I go nowhere without my personal air purifier, and a essential oil nose diffuser. 👍💪🏽 Love ya! 😘
